I no longer run but thats not due to my tummy issues but injuries... I bike and walk and dance and stretch and do all kinds of other things instead.... I am training for a 150 mile bike ride, but you don't need to be that extreme about it and when I was running I was a marathoner- just me....

Good luck whatever you decide, maybe take a break, the jarring motion on your tummy may not help until you get things more in control....
