I know its early... I haven't counted calories today, but...

I got in more protein (egg whites for afternoon snack before we went house hunting, and turkey sandwich for lunch)
and I got in 6 meals plus a dessert after dinner...
I got in homemade bbq on my sandwich plus some tomato paste and spices in my eggs and lots of veggies on my pasta with dinner... so I think I got in at least 2 real servings of veggies today....

I think I did good for right now.. I'm trying to keep my carb count high and reduce my intake of white bread and pasta and up potatoes, but its hard to find ways to do that when I'm at work for 4 of my 6 meals! 2 of those often wind up being luna bars...

and with me going ot bed still by 8, until the 20th, I know I am doing good to get it all in and be up and running at 4 AM.. no exercise except walking around today... but thats ok, I'll make up for it tomorrow...
