Hey, Miss P, I remember when you gave up your coffee! Three whole weeks, that AWESOME!! You rock, girl!! Have you noticed an improvement in your IBS as a result? Remember Bevrs said she noticed the very next day that there was NO cramping!!

(Now if we can get you awake enough that you don't need the ice tea, you'll earn a gold star for your chart!!!)
