I thought I had read somewhere that caffeine can trigger migraines.....Is that true? Also, chocolate. I know you have been having a lot of migraines lately. I am sure you have done the research on this but just thought I would mention it.

Barbie, yes in some people it can, but in most people it helps the migraine. Just like some women stop getting them at menopause and some women start getting them then -- go figure!!
