caffeine       08/18/04 02:51 PM Edit Reply Quote jenkins Reged: 02/12/04 Posts: 50 Hi everybody, Can someone help me determine if there is an IBS-safe way to get caffeine. Drinking caffeinated drinks obviously can activate the gastro-colic trigger, but can caffeine pills be injested safely and bypass the trigger area? Or is there any other way to get caffeine into your system? (nasal spray, patch etc.) Thanks PS I need the caffeine for low BP reasons and it seems to help better than my medications.
