That is my problem too! and part of the reason I asked the question. For so many years I restricted what I could and could not eat...finally I got better and had a healthy eating habit, excersising and eating right, then I 'got' IBS a few years after that. So I really only had those few years to enjoy a 'normal' life with food. Now that I have IBS I also find it so very hard to go back to that can and can't have food list. I want to rebel and I get angry that I can't eat what I want when I want and its frustrating!! so it is very hard for me to stick to any 'diet'...but I will keep trying because in the end this pain isn't worth it and I know that!!! so here's to a new day and new chance to be pain free!! thanks to all who posted, I wish I could be on the boards more but I get here when I can take care all
