Don't be alarmed though if when you are having a bad IBS-D day, that the color is purple when you go. That happened to me one time when I was drinking grape gatorade. Freaked me out. As far as the candy. It's mostly trial and error. Alot of people on the site can't have chocolate. I can have all the chocolate I want without it bothering me.
