Yes, Heather might be able to tolerate wholewheat. Please read the links LauraSue and I gave you. It explains that the bread is NOT the culprit of constipation. Constipation is the result of the colon being OVERSTIMULATED by too much INSOLUBLE FIBER. So instead of doing diarrhea, the whole system just shuts down and it creates a vicious cycle.
