Ireland I have been using Acacia fiber supplement for 3 days now I seem to have more gas and bloating after eating than ever especially when I have taken the fiber just before a meal. I am currently taking 1/2tsp twice a day in 8oz of water, I am also following the IBS diet strictly. Can anyone help? Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
