I don't usually use Imodium as a preventative but it wouldn't hurt to try it at least once to see what happens.
Maybe right after you have your first bm in the morning and before it becomes "D". What about taking half a pill? Maybe it wouldn't be so constipating that way. Iv'e never even tried that myself.

It just seems odd that you have it at about the same time every morning. Are you sure you checked everything you use to make sure it doesn't have sorbitol in it? It can be in vitamins, gum, mints, mouthwash or toothpaste. Even the toothpaste bothers me because I am super sensitive to it. If I've already mentioned these things to you before, forgive me for repeating myself. Also, what time of the day are you taking the Acacia? Has it helped you? Are you possibly taking too large a dose? Or maybe not enough? I can't take fiber supplements so I am no help in that area.
