I am new to the boards. I kind of found them by accident. This is my second day following the diet--the books are on order!! I pretty much have self-diagnosed myself as IBS-A--have been so for years (and Im only 32). I dont want to go into my symptoms, and I do have a GI I see. My question is--how do you deal with family members who are not IBS-anything and can eat whatever they want (and what I want) such as a DQ blizzard--my formwe favorite (eventhough it has left me more than once in horrible pain and D!! I know that should be enough to keep me away from them but my taste buds still are craving--after all this is only my second day!!!
