Re: IBS C but no pain/spasms ,just bloating.Can diet help?       08/06/04 01:39 PM Edit Reply Quote Ibsed Reged: 08/05/04 Posts: 11 Loc: Switzerland My reasons for being anxious about trying this are that I have tried zillions of diets over the years(to relieve my symptoms).As I have an eating disorder,dabbling in diets is a bit risky and can lead to me getting depressed and focussing on food again - which is not good.For this reason,I'm wary of trying anything that puts restrictions of any kind on my food unless I'm pretty sure it has a chance of helping me.You see the problem? At the same time,I'm so miserable right now having so many digestive problems and being bloated all the time.I'm a bit stuck really.
