The toasted nuts and cranberries has only 3 grams of fat and is very good (more like a traditional granola bar). I eat those mostly because of the fat content but I like the peppermint stick best. I have never met a Luna bar I didn't like. My husband loves them too and I tease him that 'they have all the nutrients your female body needs,' but he doesn't seem to mind. -------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages: "You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
