I was actually just going to suggest Spiru-Tein... I never made it to the HFS today, but I suddenly remembered it from my GNC days. I'm just curious about what they taste like, what you mix them with - and if the psyllium in them is enough psyllium to cause any kind of problems for someone who isn't used to it. I've also seen that they come in packets, Kelly (Vicam), so if you can find the packets where you are, you wouldn't have to invest a lot in a tub of something you might not like.
