Difference between Equalactin and Fibercon?       02/16/03 10:07 AM Edit Reply Quote AKHarsh Reged: 02/16/03 Posts: 2 Hey. I am new to the message boards but have been following HEather's books for about a year and a half now with great results! I am curious through about a differncve between Equalactin and Fibercon. I have tried different supplements, but I like the convenience of Fibercon tablets. I asked a pharmacist about the difference and he said the active ingredient was the same so there was no difference, but I am unsure.
