Congratulations on making it a month without an attack! It is so helpful to hear from people about what is working for them, so thank you for sharing!
I haven't had a true *attack* in about a month, either, but my BMs aren't consistently nice and firm. I am finding pretty much the same things you said: SFS are key, nix the dairy, and safely incorporate insolubles. As for broccoli and salads, I do eat those things, but I chew thoroughly and take some Beano for good measure.
