I am also a dipper; by that I mean I dip everything (well almost) in ranch dip; can't have my carrots without it, etc. Well, you know what no dairy means....I'm hoping after being off it for a week or two, that if I try a little dairy, that I'll be able to tolerate a little. Have you ever tried lactaid? Does it allow a person to eat any dairy? Just wondering. Janene
