Hi, Once again, the old worn out words, 'you'll just have to experiment' takes front seat. So far I can only have one every other day or so, because I start burping them up. The directions say between meals, but the last couple of days I actually eat a saltine or two before taking one and it seems to help the burping up. I hope I can take more, because I think they do help. Good Luck Janene
