WORST NIGHT OF MY LIFE       07/28/04 05:55 AM Edit Reply Quote starimpaler Reged: 05/11/04 Posts: 35 I know that all of us IBSers have bad days, but yesterday...I felt like dying. I first started out bloated where I could almost feel the gas coming out of my mouth. I took some Benefiber and about two hours later went out with my friends. The Benefiber apparently made the bloating worse, and now, I woke up with really bad constipation. My question is: What do you people to for really bad constipation and bloating? Thanks.
