I actually used the clear Citrucel and did not do well on it. I went out and bought Fibercon tablets and will try them tomorrow. My doctor is firm on her decision regarding Lotronex - Maybe I need to find another doctor! Thanks again - this board is a big help- it's good to know I'm not the only one going throught this.
