Didn't your doctor give you an antispasmodic? If not, call him. The most likely culprit was the turkey -- I'll bet it was dark meat. Was there mayo on the pita? Perhaps you're not ready for lettuce yet. Any stress goin' on with you right now? Are you near a pharmacy? Call them and see if they have any Equalactin in stock. WalMart or Walgreen's may have it. It's not an antispasmodic, but it does tend to calm the tummy down if the spasms aren't severe.
