(I'm betting the Estroven did it to you.) I've never gotten it, but both my sisters did. My trick? STAY OUT OF THE SUN or use sunscreen. The doctor can give you a cream to help fade it, but the only way to prevent it is to avoid tanning your skin (or going off anything that affects the hormones).
