I know that has been a great benefit to me. I take it off on the third Sunday, and by Tueday night I have it. This helps for my IBS by being able to take my Librax and Midol Menstrual pain relievers BEFORE the pain starts, and I don't get as sick. I also know ahead of time to take my "plainer" foods to work with me for lunch, and don't get stuck with a bunch of stuff I can't eat during the day.
