This is my first time ever being on Birth Control too. I actually have had the patches since May but chickened out 2 months in a row! I worry over EVERYTHING especially when it comes to stuff like this - I hate wondering if I will get all the awful side effects. Anyways I almost put it off for another month this time too but then after reading a few of the posts on here that I got I just sucked it up and stuck it on. I sat and worried about what would happen for a minute - then I called my husband and he told me to put in a movie and not to think of it. So anyways I took his advice and ended up not getting a single side effect from it - Ive had it on for 3 days now and feel completely normal. I actually have felt a little bit better than usual. I have heard nothing but good things so far from everyone I talk to also so I would definitely give it a try. Just stick in a movie or something like that right after you put it on and keep your mind off of it! I know thats a lot easier said then done but it worked for me! Good luck!
