NO it ain't fun.
There are just those times that I need to travel and some when I really want to,but I'm sick of feeling bad whenever. I am trying to figure out if the actual trip triggers some of the problem.
When at home I can go whenever I notice a twinge or cramp(and have to be pretty attentive).Being on the road I can ride for several hrs. before I stop.Plus if it's a longer trip, like the 6 hr. ride to the beach(which we take every couple months) I wonder if just sitting(no exercise) and fighting traffic(can cause that tension response of tightening up)is a major aggrevator to the set up..

Too bad there isn't an advanced method of travel that just puts the car on a track and you can relax and do whatever until you arrive, without the hassle of trucks and 4 lanes of traffic going over 70 miles an hr.
I think if the speed limit is 65,my going 70 is fast enough.Too bad others want to zip in and out at 90.
I have found that listening to a good bk. on tape can be fairly calming to me. Maybe I just need to stop at rest stops an walk a while.
Wouldn't it be nice if they provided small walking tracks or workout rooms or something.
(Yeah dream on Alice.)
I was reading the Eqaulactin package and it sounds like it's mainly for diarrhea. Is that true? Thanks Bev.
