I researched it VERY thoroughly. (I even had my PhD brother research it at the University ). From what I understand, ssri antidepressants are VERY safe during pregnancy. I can't remember the difference between the Paxil and the Zoloft. Paxil is also #2 on the safest list for breastfeeding (it's the next step but something to consider).
