If you are on an antispasmodic, doesn't it make sense that it may work in stopping your womanly organs ANd your colon from cramping? Same for taking Midol to make the cramps go away- than they are not aggravating your colon. I have also noticed that they like to team up against me- one triggers the other. Any hope of not being sick around my period (Starting tomorrow! ) is to combat both.
