I'm glad I'm not the only one, although I'm sorry you get it too. For me, it's not cumulative - I typically eat little bits of sugar at least a couple times a day and have no problems. It's when I eat something REALLY sugary that I notice a problem. This morning, I accidentally put a tablespoon (!) of sugar on something I normally put a teaspoon or so onto.
