I am a D ibser and although I don't have a lot of dairy, I do seem to tolerate what I do eat of it ok. In fact reg. Yoplait whipped yogert with a banana is one of my staples every day and if I have an attack, it actually seems to make my tummy feel better. Well, up until a year ago, my biggest downfall was a DQ Blizzard every Friday and Sat. night. Had done it for years and although have had tummy problems on and off through out the years, these never caused problems. Well, I began to notice that I'd get cramps and problems on Sat. and Sun. am.s and began to wonder about the ice cream. One of my friends also has ibs and she told me she couldn't do soft icecream. I seem to tolerate hard ice cream from the groc. store, but lately have been too gun shy to even do that. My hubby said maybe it's just DQ and to try a Frostie at Wendy's, but I'm a little nervous to try. (I love soft icecream in case you were wondering
I had a bout with my tummy this am, but think it was the pizza I had last night. Sometimes I can eat pizza, and other times it seems to bother me. For me, there are so many foods that are NOT a constant; sometimes I'm ok with them, other times I'm not. Do any of you have this as well?
