I was staying with my mil in the hospital, the only accessable place to eat was the cafeteria. The food was less than desirable, unless someone wanted a salad...collossal(sp) salad bar....I stayed F-A-R away from that.
Pizza ended up being my food of choice, it sounded better than fried chicken, hamburgers, and nachos.
After I started eating I realized I had left the Eq. in her room. NO way was I going to walk what felt like 2 miles to get it. After I finished I went straight to the room and chewed 2 tabs. Amazing, I actually thought I was spitting into the wind when I took them. No bloating, no gas....I actually felt good. What a relief, I was hungry and had to eat, or take a chance of nausea and dizzyness. I have been taking the Eq. after my meals and it seems to be working great for me.
