Louise,

Any change in diet does take a bit of getting used to but I look at in that the pain of IBS is so bad that in no way am I going to contribute to making it worse and I'm afraid red meat does just that.

I have been on heather's diet about 9 months and i wouldn't touch any of those danger foods with a ten foot pole anymore. I thought I would miss hot chips etc but now when i see or even smell them the thought of eating them makes me feel quite ill!

I guarantee you will feel healthier for the change. My husband loves all heather's recipes and we would both prefer to sit down to a meal of jamaican chicken than go out to a restaurant.
