My concern is that my stools are mostly green, sometimes like clay or gooey (sorry to have to say things like this but you asked). My dr. said it was nothing to worry about as sometimes the flare up can cause that. Sometimes the stools are very light also... Hope this answers your question. btw, I really cant tolerate cow's milk,but ice cream is okay once in a while. soy milk is okay as long as I dont drink a glass full, then i get bloating and gas.
