Hi there,
My nurse friend tells me that bananas are very difficult to digest. They need to be very very ripe. I incorporate the banana into a smoothie, then I seem to tolerate it better. Also, I buy organic bananas. They seem to ripen better...you know how green the ones are in the stores. I just know they can't be good for a person, even after they are beginning to ripen. They are hard.
You didn't say what the trouble was...but instead of the banana, it may be the yogurt, especially if you are trying to stay away from milk/milkfat. There are great yogurts made w/ soy as well.
Good luck.
