I totally know what you mean! LOL I am so identifying with you here. I mean, my treat today was banana bread. Now, I like banana bread, but my treats used to be chocolate bars and ben and jerry's ice cream and stuff like that. Now it's banana bread?

I think so, too. I know that I did that with some vegetarian foods. Definitely did that with soy milk a few years ago, and some of the healthier chips and cookies. It's kind of neat, how we can get our bodies to start enjoying and even loving healthy foods that are good for us!

I'm going to have to go get some soy ice cream soon. (grinning)
