You have to go day by day and push yourself even on your worst days. I did hypnotherapy with a clinical specialist and she was great. I feel like it helped a lot, but now I have a new job, which is my dream job so I'm ecstatic, but the girl before me left behind so much unfinished business that I am completely overhwelmed. I have been sick almost everyday since starting, but I won't let it get the best of me. I can't and neither can you. We have to fight it no matter what it takes and in the end we will conquer IBS!!
