This same thing happened to me when I increased mine to the max dosage (without realizing it). As soon as I cut back on the dosage, all my urgent D, extreme, EXTREME gas and bloating went away completely. If you have your SFS with your morning tea, that would explain the D after your first solid "performance." But that constant gas? It was my SFS!
