I thought it was the soy beans I ate night before last but the cramps continued throughout the day and I am still cramping this morning. Keep in mind that I don't eat a whole lot, I have never been a big eater and I am wise about the food I eat.

I have been following the "rules" for some time now and have done very well barring feeling way too full all of the time. As a "C", I am more comfortable when my stomach is empty as opposed to full. Where I haven't gained any weight, the feeling of fullness was always there and I was uncomfortable.

This part is gross...on the diet I was regular as could be which was rather nice. I didn't eat at all yesterday, I just couldn't I was so miserable. I had a BM today and the amount that came from within me was almost scary. I am beginning to think that my colon is freaking out from having too much in it.

My GI told me about my intestinal tract and that it has a "sequencer" in it. The sequencer is what pushes the poop out. My sequencer is having a seizure right now because there is too much in there! How to create the perfect balance?

Ugh....thank you for listening to me whine.
