(I do this all the time at school when I can't boil water) In fact, I was at a meeting this evening in a place where, for some reason, I couldn't get any hot water out of the tap in the women's bathroom, so I stuck my teabag into my cuppa lukewarm water, and guess what? It still brewed just fine. Wasn't the swellest tasting tea I've ever had in my life, but it got the job done. So I guess you can make your "tummy tea" under whatever circumstances you're in.
