As to your question as to when to reintroduce things, it's a bit hard to tell, since I'm not sure what you're eating. I would encourage you to read all the FAQ sections on this board - especially the part on breaking the cycle of attacks, .. etc. Also, check out the other website The First Year of IBS (link on this home page). It will give you some starting steps. It will mean stepping out of your comfort zone - ie. what is this food going to do to me? but you will get through it. Let us know how you're doing.
