There were tons of people there and I didn't want to tie up a bathroom but I had to go and it was taking it's sweet time...(sorry TMI) I hadn't gone in the a.m. like I normally do and I was eating stuff that I don't normally eat. (hamburger, potato salad, beer etc) You get the picture! Then once I went the first time, that ol anxiety started kicking in that I'd have to go again. That brings it on and thank goodness it didn't last that long and I was OK for the ride home. ( about an hour and a half) I did have to do some deep breathing though. Tomorrow I'm going to be careful. I've been tempting the waters a little too much b/c it's been under control!
