Casey,
Having just been through a phase of nausea and D myself (I'm still waiting for my first solid BM since my camping trip), I have a couple of ideas:
1. You need to eat! I found my nausea was better if I kept food in my tummy. For me this means eating something small every two hours and then doing a SFS right before I head to bed. Try to get some safe protein, too! 2. I'm not entirely sure yet, but I think Fiber-Con makes me sick. This really doesn't make sense, since it's the same stuff as Equilactin, but there seems to be a pattern that when I take Fiber-Con, the D comes. The jury's out on that one, but Bev is proof that some SFS do just make us sick.
Hang in there! You will start to feel better! BM or not, I definitely feel better than I did a few days ago!
