Quick question about peppermint caps       07/01/04 08:45 AM Edit Reply Quote #### Reged: 04/05/04 Posts: 287 I just placed my first order for the peppermint caps. My understanding is that it is an anti-spasmodic. The directions say to take three a day between meals right? So is this a preventative thing or do you take them only when you are cramping?
