I am IBS-D, but I haven't been taking any fiber for fear of an attack. So what happens? I go 4 or 5 days w/out a BM, and in the mean time I am taking Benefiber tablets and some Fibersmart capsules from the health food store along with eating fruit, Frosted Mini Wheats (what was I thinking), and coffee to try to go. What happens? The night before my anniversary (June 24) I get so cramped I can't stand it. All day on my anniversary I basically spent running back and forth to the bathroom until (gross) it just became water. I went like this for almost three days!! Then I started my period! So much frustration with this IBS. Just when I think I'm getting it under control, I get a setback and very depressed about which, I know, makes it even worse. Sorry to go on and on. It's been a bad week, and I'm supposed to be on vacation and relaxed. Hope everyone else is feeling better! Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
