I started getting migraines and switched to regular coke. Then my stomach really started to hurt, burn, etc. and I made myself give them up. It wasn't easy at first but I felt so bad after drinking a coke that every time I wanted one I would think of how bad I felt and I wouldn't have it. Eventually I didn't want it anymore.
