I bought both of Heather's books and have started the diet with a great deal of success! I use metamucil 3 times a day which really helps me a lot, but I still have problems with bloating and gas. I'm trying to find something non-psyllium based, like Citrucell, but I can't find anything in Canada! I think we do have "fibercon" but I'd like to find a liquid if possible.
