(m)       06/25/04 07:43 AM Edit Reply Quote ibsgrl Reged: 04/18/04 Posts: 1060 Loc: Canada Hey - equalactin is an SFS - I think it technically could be taken every day, but since it is way more expensive than others for the amount you'd need, most just take it as "extra precaution" or help. Correct me if I'm wrong on this as well, but don't many if not all the SFS's that are marketed as fiber "laxatives" say on the bottle/box not to take for longer than 2 weeks.
