I do know that I was taking it everyday just like you to begin with, and I posted a question very similar - and almost everyone said they dont take it everyday - it's too expensive for that. Most people just take it when they feel an attack coming, or are out to eat, etc. So I stopped taking them everyday, and I didn't notice any changes. So..bottom line, I think it's more for 'equal'izing your stomach when an attack is coming. I wouldn't get hooked on taking it daily. Maybe someone else can help better?
