Equalactin question..Bev, anyone? (m)       06/25/04 06:05 AM Edit Reply Quote Unregistered I've been having great results with Equalactin. I take it usually once a day before a meal. (usually lunch time) in addition to fibercon (about 4) in the morning. That seems to be doing it for me. No attacks in months. If I go out to dinner or think I'll be eating something that might not agree with me, I'll take another 2 Equalactin. Here is my question. Do you know how much fiber is in these? They say on the package not to take for more than 3 days. Is this not good to be taking every day or do they have to say that on the labels of everything. Thanks!
