I went to the website and realized I was actually taking 3-6g of soluble. Now I have question. The SFS I am taking (Metamucil) contains exactly 3g of soluble and 3g of insoluble PER SERVING. Now wouldn't that in effect just cancel one another out? Hmmm.... And although there is 6g of TOTAL DIETARY fiber per dose, I only count the 3g's of SOLUBLE, right?
