Colonoscopy Coming Up For Mom!

Hey everyone, just wanted to give you all a heads up on my life. My moms getting an upper endoscopy this friday and then shes getting an coloscopy in 2 weeks from now.She really doesnt want to get it done, but her gastro. said if she refuses to get it done, he wont keep on prescribing her Pamine (her antispasmotic) She says she has IBS, but if she does, its really really acute, because all she has to do is take one pamine a day and she can eat anything she wants, and I mean everything. She can eat a double bacon cheeseburger on an empty stomach, chocolate milk shake and a large order of fries at one sitting with no stomach ache at all!Anyway,I hope she is diagnosed with ibs, this way maybe she can learn a little bit more about it and help me! As for me, by the way, I have a appt. with my gastro may 29th. I think shes gonna set me up for a coloscopy to be done in the summer.
